Di cosa parla Birdy the Mighty Decode?
Birdy Cephon Altera è un ispettore della Federazione Spaziale incaricata di inseguire e catturare i criminali interplanetari. Seguendo le tracce di un ricercato di nome Geega, Birdy arriva sul pianeta Terra. Per non dare nell'occhio si mimetizza con la popolazione e decide di assumere l'identità di Arita Shion, e diventa una idol. Birdy è da un po' a Tokyo ma non riesce ad individuare il suo bersaglio. Un giorno un informatore le rivela il luogo dove potrebbe nascondersi Geega. La ragazza decide di tendergli un'imboscata. Purtroppo, durante lo scontro con il criminale, finisce per uccidere accidentalmente un liceale di nome Tsutomu Senkawa. Fortunatamente c'è un modo per tenere in vita Tsutomu : ospitare la sua coscienza nel corpo di Birdy, almeno finché il corpo del ragazzo non sarà stato ricostruito. Tsutomu si trova così a dover dividere il corpo con questa poliziotta spaziale mentre cerca di continuare la sua normale vita da studente

Nataru and Moss fight but Moss is nearly killed before being rescued by Birdy who attempts to convince Nataru to surrender and receive treatment before his Iksiola state kills him. He refuses and nearly kills Birdy before Senkawa switches in and convinces Nataru that being an Iksiola means more than just killing. Nataru relents and jumps back in time to the moment of the tower attack becoming the man who saves a young Birdy via a time-loop.
